Return & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Entournée Conscious Wear. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Simply contact us to initiate the return process and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The payment will be issued to you via your original payment method.
Shipping Policy
Once the payment is authorised and verified, the package will be shipped. Orders will be received within 3-5 working days from the day of the order placement.
Please note that the shipping costs and custom duties may vary from different destinations.
